Welcome to Lark House

We're Kelly and Katy—two moms who met on the pickleball court in Golden, CO and quickly discovered that sometimes the best way to recharge from raising young kids is to make time for something that's just for you.

What started as a friendship over pickleball grew into a shared love of hobbies, creativity, and gathering people together. We both believe that life is better when you put down the to-do list, step away from the daily routine, and make something with your hands—or simply sit around a table and have a really good time with friends.

Kelly is an avid Mahjong player, an enthusiastic amateur guitar player, and always up for learning something new. Katy is an artist at heart with a gift for making a house feel like a home, whether that means crafting, arranging flowers, setting a beautiful table, or adding those little touches that make entertaining feel extra special.

Together, we created a woman-owned business, a place where people can come to learn, laugh, create, play, and connect. From Mahjong and charcuterie to flower arranging and guitar circle jams, our classes are designed to be hands-on, approachable, and—most importantly—fun.

We know firsthand how easy it is for moms to spend every ounce of their energy taking care of everyone else. We also know how refreshing it can be to carve out a little time to do something purely for the joy of it.

Because sometimes you need more than another item checked off the list. You need a table full of women, something fun to learn, a little creativity, a lot of laughter, and time together in real life.
